INSTRUCTIONS:

To begin the Halloween garland, gather all supplies. Download, print and cut out the ghost, bat and pumpkin pieces from the pattern sheet. Trace or pin the ghost pattern onto Kunin© Classic™ White Felt, the bat pattern onto Kunin© Classic™ Orchid Felt, the pumpkin pattern onto Kunin© Classic™ Orange Felt.

Cut out three of each of the Halloween patterns with scissors. If traced, remember to cut inside the lines for a clean, finished project.

To create cheeks, cut a strip of Kunin© Classic™ Candy Pink Felt approximately ½” wide. Cut into squares and then trim the squares into circles. Cut a total of twelve cheeks.

Assemble the faces on the Halloween icons. For the ghosts and pumpkins, attach two wiggle eyes and two cheeks with Fabri-Fuse. For the bats, glue on two wiggle eyes. Set aside to allow glue to dry.

Using black dimensional fabric paint, add mouths to the three pumpkins and three ghosts. Set aside to dry.

Add mouths with fangs and wing details to the three bats with white dimensional fabric paint. Set aside to dry.

Trace pumpkin stem pattern onto Kunin© Classic™ Walnut Felt three times. Cut out with scissors and attach to the top of the pumpkin with Fabri-Fuse liquid fabric glue.

Tie plaid ribbon in three bows and attach to the ghosts with Fabri-Fuse. Tie three pieces of green gingham ribbon in knots and glue to the pumpkin stems. Trim any long ribbon ends with scissors.

Cut all of the left over Kunin© Classic™ Orchid, Orange, and White Felt scraps into strips approximately ¼” wide by 4” long with scissors. Cut the natural jute twine into twelve 6” lengths.

Measure and cut a 48” length pf natural jute twine. Attach the ghosts, bats, and pumpkins to the twine with Fabri-Fuse liquid fabric glue. To finish, tie the twine and felt strips in between the Halloween icons.

I hope you will use this Kunin Felt Halloween Garland as a jumping off point to showcase your Kunin Creativity and create something spooky and cute. The possibilities are endless.
